The transgene was developed and optimized at Hadassah Medical Organization in collaboration with Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel. The production of the cells and the treatment implementation are carried out by the staff of the Center for Melanoma and Cancer Immunotherapy at Hadassah Medical Organization and the Hadassah medical teams.

A first-in-human novel therapy against treatment-refractory cancers using immune cells genetically engineered to recognize a unique cancer-associated protein (NY-ESO-1)
